We need help now, how long does this process take?

Within 24 hours of engaging with us, we will set up the inital consultation. In the following 3-5 days, we assess the current support system to create a healthy understanding of your family's needs and build a customized plan.

What if my loved one refuses help?

Refusal is common—but it doesn't mean the process failed. Intervention is about planting a seed, shifting family dynamics, and offering a clear path forward. Even if they say no initially, your preparation, boundaries, and ongoing support can still create meaningful change.

How do I know if now is the right time for an intervention?

If you're asking this question, it's probably time. Families often wait until things get worse, but early action can prevent further harm and offer your loved one a better chance at long-term recovery. We’ll help you assess the situation and decide on the most effective next step.

Does insurance pay for intervention services?

Insurance doesn’t cover interventions because they happen before your loved one is in treatment. A diagnosis is needed for insurance to pay—and most people haven’t been diagnosed yet when an intervention takes place.
